CyberBot Nexus
Privacy PolicyConfidentiality First
CyberBot Nexus treats client information as private and confidential. Information you provide for development, support, integrations, testing, account linking, bot setup, or platform-related configuration is handled only for the purpose of delivering and supporting your service.
CyberBot Nexus does not intentionally publish, publicly expose, or sell client information. Project details, configuration files, tokens, role layouts, server setup notes, and service-related materials are kept private except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to complete the requested service through trusted infrastructure providers.
If a client needs assistance with PlayFab-related setup, automation, configuration, or troubleshooting, all information provided for that work is treated as private project-confidential material. This includes identifiers, setup notes, linked configuration data, API-related information, and operational details shared for support.
Information may be retained for as long as needed to provide ongoing service, resolve disputes, enforce policies, maintain internal records, or meet legal obligations. Access to internal project data is limited to authorized service handling and support purposes.
CyberBot Nexus takes reasonable steps to protect project information, but no internet service can promise absolute security in every situation. Clients should also follow good security practices when sharing access-related materials.
