CyberBot Nexus
Terms of ServiceService Rules
Payment is required before development begins. For Starter and Growth plans, service will not begin until the required setup/support channel is created in the client's Discord server.
Where required by the selected plan or policy, the designated CyberBot Nexus advertisement and support channel must remain publicly visible, accessible to all members, and active for the duration of service.
Project materials shared with CyberBot Nexus are treated as private and confidential for service delivery. This includes PlayFab-related setup information, bot design notes, server configuration details, support discussions, and similar materials.
Refunds are available only if the client is not satisfied with the final delivered product and the request is made during the review period before final approval. Policy violations, abuse, chargeback misuse, or service suspensions caused by noncompliance are not eligible for refund.
CyberBot Nexus may suspend, delay, deny, or terminate service for nonpayment, abuse, false information, harassment, policy violations, or attempts to bypass technical or operational safeguards.
CyberBot Nexus aims to provide stable and professional service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation in every environment or third-party platform. Platform changes, API limits, service outages, account actions, or external system failures may affect delivery or behavior.
